Rapinder has over 8 years of experience in working with children and young people. Before joining the Local House Project, she worked in Supported Accommodation and as a Strengthening Families’ Worker in Early Intervention.
Rapinder works to make a positive difference in young people’s lives, enabling them to achieve better outcomes.

The programme, which focuses on supporting care leavers develop the skills, networks, and confidence needed has seen recent developments in both regions.
