We recognised the expense of buying all the essentials for a home so now all of our young people will receive a starter kit for when they move into their forever home.

Celebrating two huge achievements!
NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
